Shakespeare on Film

This branding campaign for a hypothetical film festival in San Diego celebrates adaptations of Shakespeare by using crisp, clean typography and dramatic imagery to bring new viewers to the Bard’s work. I designed a website, a poster campaign, and merchandise to complete the brand.

In my mind, the solution was in simplicity – clean lines, monochrome color palette, and allowing iconic film images to do the talking.
